No stranger to foreign nationals snatching up its luxury real estate, the Miami markets now want to attract buyers from China, and the developers are raising the stakes by featuring some attractive Asian touches to their properties.

Miami Realtors Using China’s Investment in U.S. for Market Gain

As a result of Asian buyers injecting high amount of cash into the American economy, Miami developers have decided to impress Chinese buyers with amenities they think would attract interested real estate investors. With everything from Feng Shui design layouts, wok kitchens and use of lucky numbers, colors and Chinese horoscopes, developers are hoping buyers will be impressed by the painstaking attention to detail they’ve put into their properties.

Walking into a property, a prospective buyer could expect to find use of gold and red and an absence of white. Flower choices in the showroom suites will also be tailored with an Asian flair instead of more traditional Western choices. The Miami luxury realtor is aware that simple touches that show Westerners understand and appreciate the Asian culture will more likely attract interested buyers than a beautiful white interior with an ocean view.
