globe cropThe Brickell development will soon see the rise of yet another residential tower. Plaza Construction won the $65 million contract to build the 390-unit EnV residential tower above the Publix. The project, scheduled for completion by 2014, is slated to begin in September.

This newest high-rise will join Brickell’s other residential towers, including MyBrickell Condos, Brickell House Condos, and the luxurious ICON Brickell. Brickell’s popularity owes much to the fact that the development is centrally location within busy Miami metro near city’s financial and business district. Brickell also provided excellent access to the city’s infrastructure, including Miami International Airport, the Port of Miami, and Miami Beach.

The biggest selling point of the bustling community, however, is its mix of residential and commercial properties, which provides residents with cheap and easy access to their workplaces and offers a wide range of services and goods for their personal lives. With clubs, lounges, restaurants, and shops opening monthly, the community is able to cater a diverse populace.
