by Isaac Benmergui, Esq on June 19, 2013

MiamiThe property known as the “Cadillac Hotel” has a new 93-guestroom oceanfront tower set for completion in the Fall of 2013. The hotel has always been known for its architecture and landmark status in the Miami Beach skyline and vintage South Beach style.

The Courtyard Miami Beach Oceanfront as it is officially named, will garner a fresh new look that will reflect the vibrancy of the area while keeping its Art Deco foundations. The new lobby will feature a new 32-foot bar and lounge. A state of the art gym with programmable workouts and a redesigned main pool area with flanking cabanas and a deck will join the outdoor space with the lounge through large glass panels that can be opened up. Additionally, the Oceanfront Surfside Tiki Bar will also sport a new aesthetic, with a new deck area and entrance. The new guestrooms located in the Ocean Tower will get a fresh new coat of paint in brilliant hues.

The Courtyard Miami Beach Oceanfront also offers many on-property amenities and services for the business traveler as well, from top rated restaurants to stunning meeting rooms.
