MapThe last of the buildable private island in South Florida is getting a two-tower condo project from developer Gary Cohen. The project, named Privé, will be situated on the 8-acre island between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach. In the 1960s, the Cohen family became known for developing Williams Island.

The new project on the vacant island will connect to Island Estates, Cohen’s 21-mansion development. Developers have already submitted the plans to build two 16-story towers featuring 160 ultra-luxury residences with private elevator entries, 10 x 10-feet glass balconies, east and west water views, and “outdoor summer kitchens,” according to the press release.

Cohen describes the island’s as unmatched in the Miami’s market. Residents will enjoy live the utmost privacy with gated security services and five-star amenities as they look down on the surrounding waterways.

Privé will also include a 10,000-square gym, private pier, nature trail, private beach, and a jogging path. Accoding to the Real Deal, prices for the 160 apartments will range from $1.7 million to more than $6 million, making it one of the priciest properties in Miami.

Pre-sales for Privé are set to begin next month.
