Brickell Apartment Project Now a Condo Project

by Isaac Benmergui, Esq on August 28, 2013

Construction1EnV at Mary Brickell Village, which was slated to be a new rental apartment project has changed to a condominium project. Developers, seeing the high demand for pre-construction condominiums in Brickell, changed the name of the development to Nine at Mary Brickell Village, and switched the construction plan condominiums. The tower will still have 390 units on 34 floors.

Changing the plan to condominiums from apartment rentals will offer more profit to the developer faster, say industry experts. With other new condo towers reeling in big monied foreign buyers, the area around Brickell has made an impressive turnaround since the housing market crash.
