Broward’s Market Remains Steady

by Isaac Benmergui, Esq on November 10, 2011

The bottom of Broward’s real estate market hasn’t changed since January, indicating a leveling off. In that month the median home price was $165,100, and it has only climbed since then to its September median price of $188,800.

Not all analysts agree on those figures. Standard & Poor’s home price index shows a collective 0.3 percent drop from July to August of this year in home values across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
